To ensure a perfect fit on the knee, elbow and wrist, measure the circumference of your extended knee and elbow and the circumference of your hand at the knuckles.

JR: one size fits all children aged 4 to 8 years, weighing between 40 and 60 pounds. Wrist: 6 - 7 inches, knee: 9 - 11 inches, elbow: 6 - 8 inches

XS: wrist - 7-8 inches, knee - 11-13 inches, elbow - 8-9 inches

S/M: wrist - 8-9.5 inches, knee - 13-15 inches, elbow - 8-10 inches
