The Marina di Vecchiano spot is located on the beach of the same name, a short distance from the Migliarino motorway exit. You park in a large parking lot near the beach at the end of the road.
Beach
The beach, about 3km long, is located inside the Park of Migliarino San Rossore Massaciuccoli. This is a generally uncrowded beach with plenty of space available (except in the height of summer).
Sea
The water in front of the beach is immediately deep and, even close to the shore, waves that are quite challenging are formed. Spot wave.
Wind
Works well with winds from the western quadrant. Except rare exceptions here libeccio and ponente come a little weaker than in Calambrone.
Dangers
There are no obstacles or other dangers on the beach. However, the area is often used by the military for shooting exercises ... in this case, beware !!!
